Meet Our Pastor

Pastor Marshall is the fourth child of thirteen siblings. He graduated from Aliquippa High School, Beaver County Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the Hi-Y, Band, and Track Team. After graduation, Mr. Marshall enlisted in the Marine Corps, finishing Boot Camp at Paris Island, So. Carolina, with his promotion to PFC (Private First Class). A Vietnam Era veteran, wounded, discharged to recover from a disability in the San Diego Naval Hospital.

Pastor Marshall comes from a long line of Preachers and Pastor’s starting with both grandfathers. He was called from his mother’s womb to deliver the “Word of God” for times such as these.

Pastor Marshall holds degrees conferred by several institutions from Southern California Theology, Psychology and Behavioral Science, with a Minor in Sociology. He was President of “Alpha Kappa Delta” the International Sociology Honor Society while at California State University Dominguez Hills.

Pastor Marshall retired after 25 years Federal Service, with the Department of Veteran Affairs, Service Chief Status, after serving the nations veterans in different administrative positions and several states across these United States.

Pastor Marshall has served as Assistant to the Pastor; of Rock Faith Baptist Church, Los Angeles, CA.; CE Director of Macedonia Baptist Church, Pomona, CA.; Pastor Greater New Covenant MBC. Los Angeles, CA.; 1st Liberty Hill MBC. Little Rock, AR.; Mt. Calvary MBC. Little Rock and is presently the Pastor of the Historic Eastern Star Baptist Church of North Little Rock, Arkansas. He presently serves as the Christian Education Director of the Greater Little Rock Baptist Pastor’s and Ministers Conference.

Pastor Marshall is married to the former Frances Craney of Pine Bluff, AR. and they are proud parents of four children. Pastor Marshall is quick to tell you that the most important “degree” he will have ever received is his BA “Born Again” degree.
